Providing an outstanding employee benefits package is essential to attracting and retaining the best employees. Vision’s salaried full time employees receive world class style benefits from the nations premier providers. The following is an overview of our benefits.

Health

We provide three options through CareFirst. The first is the Blue Choice HMO, Blue Choice Opt-Out Plus Open Access with an out of network option and Blue Preferred (PPO). All plans include a Vision Plan.

Dental

Our plan allows you to use the dentist you prefer every time you need care. With over 2,000 dentists to choose from, you’re sure to find one who’s right for you. The Traditional Dental Benefits plan offers you benefits including regular preventive care, X-rays, dental surgery, and more.

401 (k)

You can save up to 100% of your eligible compensation (subject to IRS maximum limits) through convenient, pre-tax payroll deductions. You can begin to contribute to the 401(k) plan after six months of employment. Vision will match 100% of your first 3% and 50% of your next 2%.

Leave

Vision Technology believes everyone needs time away from work to rest play and relax. Vision Technology provides its employees with paid vacation, sick and holiday leave.

Disability

Our plan includes both short-term and long-term coverage providing our employees income replacement if they are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury.

Life Insurance

All eligible employees receive basic life insurance coverage equal to $50,000 and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage equal to $50,000.

Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance

Supplemental Life insurance is available via payroll deductions. All eligible employees may elect supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance in increments of $10,000 for themselves and/or their spouse and children.

Direct Deposit

With direct deposit, net pay is deposited automatically into one to four separate checking and/or savings accounts.

Referral Bonus Program

Our plan rewards our employees for referring friends and colleagues to Vision Technology.

Educational Assistance

Vision Technology believes in the professional growth of our employees. For this reason we will cover employee expenses for approved, job related education courses or seminars, up to a maximum of $2,500 per anniversary year for college courses.
